W. Scott Bush-

In 1998, Scott bought a farm in Salem Township, Muskingum County. Currently he is raising Heritage pigs on pasture and grass fed lambs. Scott has spent 10 years restoring fencing, drainage, spring development and buildings.


Scott is retired Air Force Logistics Officer where he gained administrative, supervisory and management experience. He is currently on the Muskingum County Extension Office Advisory Committee, President of Zanesville Farmers Market Board of Directors, Secretary of Muskingum Sheep Producers Improvement Association and a member of Muskingum County Local Food Group.


Scott has always been interested in what is happening in his community. Combining that with what he has learned by restoring a century farm, he considers the activities of the Soil and WAter Conservation District  to be highly important and of great value to the community.



Christopher Cook-

Christopher and his spouse, Cassie Ridenour live in Falls Township, Muskingum County. They have one child, Otto Ridenour who is 17 years old.


Christopher graduated from Mohawk College and studied Quality Assurance. He is currently a business management auditor/ consultant. Christopher has over 35 years of experience in the preparation and implementation of management systems. He also co-manages 265 acres of woodland. Locally he is the Prelate of Moose Lodge 867.





Keith Dilley-

Keith Dilley and his wife, Joyce, have a 380-acre cow/calf operation near Duncan Falls. They raise 100 acres of crops and use a bean/corn rotation with minimum tillage and some no-till.


Keith graduated in 1971 with an Associates Degree in Water Pollution and has completed continuing education courses in accounting and bookkeeping. He is a past member of Farm Bureau and Muskingum Ag Association Advisory Board. He previously served five years of the MSWCD Board (1994-1999) and is currently serving on the Board. He is a member of Duncan Falls Presbyterian Church and a retired bus driver.



Becky Vansickle-

Becky is married to Randy and they live in Muskingum Township. They have two grown children, Steve and Stacey. She graduated from Tri-Valley. Becky is the Vice President and Office Manager at The Community Bank in Frazeysburg, Ohio.


Becky keeps very busy and active in the community with the organizations she is involved with. These organizations include being the Leo Advisor for the Frazeysburg Lions Club, Secretary for Frazeysburg Revitalization Association, Dresden Community Association Board Member and Tri-Valley Leo Club Advisor.


Any and all free time is spent with her family and working to maintain the eye-appealing beauty of the farm. Working together, we promote good stewardship of our land, in order to preserve it for generations to come.



John David Quinn

John is married to Cindi and they have two grown children, Kevin and Vicky. Cindi is 4th generation of the Wilson Family. Together John and Cindi operate a 40 cow/calf herd along with raising crops of corn, soybeans, wheat, and hay.


John graduated from John Glenn High School and from The Ohio State University  with a degree in Ag Economics and minored in Computer Science and Agronomy. John is a farmer and a part-time Field Reporter for Farm Service Agency.


John is involved with Muskingum County Cattleman’s Association, National Trail Ruritans, American Angus Association, and Muskingum County Farm Bureau. John and Cindi received the 2013 Muskingum County Resource Conservation Award and the 2015 Ohio Conservation Farm Family Award.
